Introducing Greyson Michael
Things ended up being a little quiet on this space at the end of last week because we had a little surprise! Greyson Michael was born last Thursday, October 22nd (three days early) at 5:55 AM. He weighed 7lbs and 3oz and measured at 21 inches long. It may be weird to say, but he was exactly the size I expected him to be. After 27 hours of labor, I was more than ready to meet his sweet face.
There are a lot of things that didn't go as planned or expected, and I can't wait to share Greyson's birth story and the Lord's faithfulness with you all. For now, know that everyone is healthy, recovering well and we are all soaking up these sweet newborn moments. I know they will change fast.
You can be praying for us as we transition into a family of three (four with Azi!) and as Steven heads back to work later this week. Thank you in advance for being gracious with me as I figure out this new schedule and get back to blogging soon!

Such wonderful news and do enjoy each minute. It goes so unbelievably fast. Had to smile when I actually saw the date written out - that was Elise's due date a year ago. She showed up early too though. 🙂 Get plenty of snuggles & rest. There is time for everything else later.
I much prefer his birthday to his due date 😉 I'm glad he surprised us a few days early!
