Introducing Camden Ellis
This past weekend, our second little boy finally decided it was time to join us! On March 3rd, 2018 at 41 weeks and 3 days pregnant, Camden Ellis was born. He was born at 3:01 PM.
He weighed 8 lbs and 5 oz and measured 21.25 inches long (the same length as his big brother). I labored for 12 hours, which was much longer than all of us expected but much shorter than my labor with Greyson, so for that I'm thankful. He was born at home, which I can't wait to share more about in his birth story later this month.

Camden is a name we stumbled upon after finding out baby number two would be another boy. I love unique, but still normal names, that are strong and apparently either Scottish (Camden) or English (Greyson). Ellis on the other hand is a family name that we can trace back on my mom's side of the family for at least five generations. It's a name I have always wanted to use and it was almost Greyson's middle name but now I am glad we saved it for Camden!
We are all doing well, resting and recovery and adjusting to our life with a family of four (and two dogs). I can't wait to share more soon!
