Ingredients

coconut aminos

sesame oil

corn starch

salt

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
Spray a 9x13 glass baking dish with cooking spray.
Place salmon in the dish. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix together the ingredients for teriyaki sauce, then spread it across the salmon filet with a basting brush.
Bake for 20 minutes or until salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145ºF (63°C).
Remove salmon from oven and cover with foil.
Let salmon rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
If salmon is not deboned, try to remove bones as best you can.
