Citrus Squeezer
Ingredients

cups
of freshly squeezed lemon juice
approximately 8 lemons

medium strawberries
washed and hulled

+ 2 tablespoons sugar
divided

of water

Instructions
Squeeze lemons (straining seeds and pulp) to make 2 cups. Set aside.
Hull strawberries, add to food processor. Puree for a few seconds.
Add 1 cup of water and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Blend until it forms a liquid.
Add strawberry juice to lemon juice in a large pitcher. Add remaining sugar and water. Mix well.
Chill and serve over ice in sugar rimmed glasses.
Notes
If the lemonade is too tart, add additional sugar one tablespoon at a time until at your desired sweetness!
