¼cupfull-fat plain Greek yogurtor yogurt of choice
1 ½cupsunsweetened almond milkor milk of your choice
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a blender, starting with the 1 cup frozen strawberries and 1 frozen banana, then add the ¼ cup full-fat plain Greek yogurt and top with 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk.
Put the lid on the blender and blend until smooth.
If the consistency is too thick, add extra milk. If it's too thin, add a couple of ice cubes or more frozen fruit.
