In a large mixing bowl combine cream cheese, pumpkin puree, whipped cream, vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice. Use a hand mixer on medium-low speed to mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
Transfer the dessert dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle with a dash of pumpkin pie spice. Serve immediately with cookies, graham crackers, strawberries and sliced apples.

You can store this dip in the refrigerator until ready to serve or for up to 5 days in an airtight container.
