Preheat oven to 400°F (20°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, gently combine meatball ingredients until incorporated. Be careful not to over mix or over handle the meatballs.
Gently form meatballs into a 1 inch size balls and place onto baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes until internal temperature of meatballs is 160°F (71°F).
While the meatballs are cooking, pour ingredients for sauce into a small saucepan. Cook on medium heat until bubbling then reduce to low for about 10 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly.
Once meatballs are cooked, toss meatballs into sauce. Plate and top with green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
Notes
If using frozen meatballs, follow package directions for meatballs prior to adding sauce mixture.
