Preheat your grill over medium-high heat — anywhere from 350-400°F (175-200°C).
Wash each 4 peaches halved thoroughly and then slice in half and remove the pit.
Using a basting brush, brush the peaches evenly with olive oil. Then sprinkle ½ teaspoon cinnamon over each one and a pinch of salt.
Place the cut sides of the peaches onto the hot grill grates. Grill for 3-4 minutes until fork tender.
Carefully remove from the grill, add your favorite toppings, and serve!
Notes
For the easiest prep, look for freestone peaches. The pit twists right out, unlike clingstone peaches, which tend to stick. Look for peaches that are firm but ripe. If they're too soft, they can turn mushy on the grill.Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven until warmed through.
