Instructions
Preheat your grill over medium-high heat — anywhere from 350-400°F (175-200°C).
Wash each peach thoroughly and then slice in half and remove the pit.
Using a basting brush, brush the peaches evenly with olive oil. Then sprinkle ground cinnamon over each one and a pinch of salt.
Place the cut sides of the peaches onto the hot grill grates. Grill for 3-4 minutes until fork tender.
Carefully remove from the grill, add your favorite toppings, and serve!
