honey crisp apple
cut into ½-inch pieces

strawberries
diced

grapes
quartered

blueberries

plain Greek yogurt

tablespoon
honey
▢

tablespoons
lime juice
from about
1
lime

teaspoons
lime zest
from about

lime

1-2
sprigs
fresh mint
or more berries, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Wash and dry the fruit. Core, slice and dice
1 cup honey crisp apple
into ½-inch pieces. Dice
½ cup strawberries
. Quarter
½ cup grapes
.
Place the prepared fruit and
½ cup blueberries
into a large mixing bowl.
Add the
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
,
1 tablespoon honey
,
2 tablespoons lime juice
and
2 teaspoons lime zest
on top of the bowl of fruit.
Mix together until thoroughly incorporated. Taste and add more honey if desired.
Add
1-2 sprigs fresh mint
or additional berries on top for garnish, if desired.
Notes
Vanilla yogurt can be substituted but should still be unsweetened.
Swap out various fruits and experiment!
Can be stored in the fridge for one week. Remix before serving from fridge.
