1cupGreek yogurt
2green onionssliced, for topping
⅓cupfeta cheese crumblesfor topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch packet, hot sauce and Greek yogurt until well combined. (If the cream cheese is still too hard to mix, you can microwave it for a few seconds and try again.)
Add in the shredded chicken and combine well.
Transfer the mixture into an 8x8-inch baking dish.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until dip is bubbly and hot throughout.
If desired, top with sliced green onions or crumbled blue cheese and serve hot!
Notes
To make ranch seasoning, combine:
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon dried chives
¾ tablespoon onion flakes
¾ tablespoon dried dill
½ tablespoon pink sea salt (if substituting table salt, use ~⅜ tbsp)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon dried lemon or chili powder (both optional)
