Pour liquids in the blender. Then add frozen fruit, sweetener, greek yogurt, leafy greens, and flax seed.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into two cups and serve or store for later!
Notes
If smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk ¼ cup at a time. If too thin, you can add additional peaches or yogurt.Here are some ideas for ingredients to include in your smoothies:
Veggies and greens: kale, spinach, avocado or broccoli
Sweeteners: maple syrup, honey, agave, date syrup, simple syrup, sugar, sugar substitutes
