If using fresh peaches: If using fresh peaches it is best to par-freeze them first. There is no need to peel the peaches first, there is extra nutrition in the skin! Slice peaches and lay on a baking sheet in freezer for 10-20 minutes. This will help keep the smoothie thick! If using store-bought frozen peaches: Note that the smoothie color may be lighter and less sweet than peaches that are fresh and in season.Make it dairy-free: Feel free to use non-dairy yogurt or omit completely if needed. This recipe is delightful with unsweetened coconut yogurt. If smoothie is too thick: Add more almond milk ¼ cup at a time. If smoothie is too thin: You can add additional peaches or yogurt.
