Preheat oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Using a zester, zest a large orange into the flour mixture. Gently whisk to combine.
Use a pastry cutter, cut cold butter into flour mixture until the mixture has fine crumbs.
Stir in Greek yogurt, orange juice, Zevia, liquid stevia and vanilla.
Gently fold in strawberries, being careful not to overwork the dough.
Remove dough from bowl and place onto a countertop or cutting board sprinkled with flour. If dough is wet, sprinkle flour on top and fold dough over a few times. If dough is dry, you need to also fold the dough over a few times to help the dough come together.
Form dough into a circle about an inch tall. Use a dough scraper to cut dough into 8 triangles.
Brush scones with milk and bake at?425?F for 18-20 minutes, until scones are golden brown.
Let cool on pan for 5 minutes before moving to a?wire cooling rack to cool completely. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
Notes
You can also hand form the scones or cut them into more than 8 triangles, baking time may vary.
