Smoked Sugar Rubbed Pork Chops
We like to keep dinner simple. This pork chop recipe can be made in less than 30 minutes and will make the whole family happy!

Ingredients
4-6
boneless pork chops
about 1 inch thick
3
tablespoons
smoky sugar rub
or turbinado sugar
Parsley
garnish
Instructions
Grease a frying pan
Cover pork chop in smoky sugar rub (or turbinado sugar)
Brown pork chop on both sides in frying pan
Check internal temperature on both sides after about 5 minutes on each side, should be 165 degrees.
Serve immediately!
Note: For thicker pork chops, brown for 3-5 minutes and then bake for 10-15 minutes until temperature is 165.
