Instructions
Melt butter in a pan and then sauté diced onions in melted butter until fragrant and translucent.
Once the onions are translucent, add flour to coat.
Pour broth into the pan along with sour cream and green chiles. Bring to a simmer, being careful not to boil.
Once thickened, pour two tablespoons into base of a 9x9 baking and then pour the remainder on rolled enchiladas.
Bake enchiladas according to instructions.
