In a skillet add the avocado oil over medium heat.
To a bowl add the butter and seasonings. Mix until combined.
Add the turkey to the bowl. Coat the turkey in the butter sauce.
Transfer the tenderloins to a skillet. Cook each side of the tenderloins for 2-4 minutes or until golden brown.
Transfer the skillet to the oven. Cook the turkey for 20-30 minutes or until the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). After 20 minutes check again at the 25 minute mark.
Transfer the turkey to a cutting board for 10 minutes to let it rest so as to retain the juices. Slice and serve.
