Combine the ground turkey, almond flour, egg, onion, garlic, ketchup, thyme, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until just combined—don’t overwork the meat.
Transfer the turkey mixture to the loaf pan, pressing it down to shape evenly.
Whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl for the glaze.
Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake for 55-60 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
