Instructions
Add ingredients (2 ½ cups frozen peaches, 1 banana, ¼ cup unsweetened yogurt, and 1 cup unsweetened almond milk) to blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into 3 glasses and garnish with granola, yogurt or fresh peaches.

If using fresh peaches: If using fresh peaches it is best to par-freeze them first. There is no need to peel the peaches first, there is extra nutrition in the skin! Slice peaches and lay on a baking sheet in freezer for 10-20 minutes. This will help keep the smoothie thick!If using store-bought frozen peaches: Note that the smoothie color may be lighter and less sweet than peaches that are fresh and in season.Make it dairy-free: Feel free to use non-dairy yogurt or omit completely if needed. This recipe is delightful with unsweetened coconut yogurt.If smoothie is too thick: Add more almond milk ¼ cup at a time.If smoothie is too thin: You can add additional peaches or yogurt.
