jasmine
white rice

chicken broth

avocado or olive oil

Instructions
Add rice and broth to the Instant Pot bowl. Stir together.
Use the Instant Pot rice button. (Alternatively, cook for 3 minutes on high pressure.)
Release the pressure after cooking.
Then stir in 2 tablespoons avocado oil (or olive oil), ½ teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon pepper, to taste.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to one week.
