Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a blender.
Taste for sweetness, add more maple syrup if desired.
Notes
Use more or less ice depending on how thick or thin you prefer your smoothies.
If the smoothie is too thin, you can add more yogurt or more ice. If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk.
