Ingredients

flank steak
sliced into about 1-inch thick pieces

teaspoon
salt
▢

teaspoon
pepper
▢

teaspoon
ground ginger
▢
½
cup
coconut aminos
▢
½
cup
plus 2 tablespoons sesame oil
divided
▢

tablespoons
rice vinegar
▢

cups
broccoli
cut into florets
▢
pinch
of sesame seeds
for topping (optional)
Instructions
Warm 2 tablespoons sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Pan sear the beef for 2 minutes on each side.
Remove beef from pan and set aside
Add sauce ingredients to the pan and bring to a boil for 3-4 minutes
Add beef and broccoli to pan and cover for 4 minutes until the broccoli is tender.
Serve over rice.
