Sweet Potato & Banana Pupsicles


Ingredients

Banana and Peanut Butter Pupsicles

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (no sugar added)
  • 1/2 cup non-fat greek yogurt (no added sugars)

Sweet Potato Pupsicles

  • 1 medium sweet potato
  • 1/2 cup non-fat greek yogurt (no added sugars)

Instructions

Banana and Peanut Butter Pupsicles

  1. Puree banana for 5-10 seconds
  2. Add yogurt and puree again.
  3. Add peanut butter and puree once more.
  4. Pour into small cups or ice cub tray, freeze for at least 2 hours.
  5. Add medium milkbone into cup before freezing, if desired.

Sweet Potato Pupsicles

  1. Using a fork, poke a few holes into potato.
  2. Cook in microwave using “potato” setting
  3. Cut potato open and scoop out potato into food processor
  4. Puree sweet potato for 5-10 seconds
  5. Add yogurt and puree again.
  6. Pour into small cups or ice cub tray, freeze for at least 2 hours.
  7. Add medium milkbone into cup before freezing, if desired.
