Ingredients

  • 2?cups?all-purpose flour
  • 1?tablespoon?baking powder
  • 1?tablespoons granulated sugar
  • ??teaspoon?kosher salt
  • ??cup?melted unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled OR softened at room temperature
  • 1/2?cup?whole?milk
  • 2 tablespoons dried rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400?F degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat, and set aside.
  2. Mix together flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and rosemary.
  3. Pour in melted butter and gently stir. Fold in softened/crumbled goat cheese. Biscuits will be crumbly.
  4. Add the milk and mix until just moistened.
  5. Immediately drop biscuits onto the prepared baking sheet and transfer to the oven.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
  7. Serve warm.
